Real estate consulting company 360 Realtors has increased its headcount of the Pune branch from 200 employees to 400 despite disruptions triggered by the Covid crisis. The hiring has been in the domains of Sales (65 per cent), IT (15 per cent), CRM & Operations (10 per cent), Marketing, HR & Business Development (10 per cent).

With an employee strength of more than 1,000 people across 40 offices in 9 countries, the company is planning to raise its current pan India workforce of 770 employees by hiring 250 people. It aims to accomplish the target in the next 6 months mainly concentrated in markets like Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Noida, and Thane.
