New Delhi: Realty developer Gulshan will complete close to 2,000 housing units in 2021 with an investment of Rs 936 crore.

The company said that it will deliver 482 units in eight towers of Gulshan Botnia by May 2021 in Phase I and 282 units in four towers in Phase II by September 2021.

Spread over 5.25 acres, Gulshan Botnia with a total of 764 units is being developed at Sector 144, Noida Expressway, with an investment of Rs 435 crore.
Gulshan Botnia offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments in 12 towers with enhanced podium and 19 floors in each tower.

“The project was designed to take into account all the important aspects for the end customers providing hospitality services for great lifestyle living, providing connectivity with key locations within the major NCR regions. Being a region in demand, the Noida Expressway would make this project a great addition to the portfolio of any resident and also great investment opportunity said Yukti Nagpal, Director, Gulshan.

The company will also complete Gulshan Bellina in Greater Noida West for which it has applied for OC.

Possession is slated by March 2021 for 8 Towers in Phase I comprising 746 units; another 378 units in 5 towers will be ready for possession by July 2021. Spread over 7.31 acre, the project with a total of 1124 units is being developed with a cost of Rs 501.93 crore.
